2009 Spring Lambs are Arriving!
Lucille was the first to lamb again his year! She gave us a single big ram lamb
on January 19th!

Sugar on the left delivered twin ram lambs on January 24th. Her lambs are the
two smaller ones. Dot.com delivered twins on January 27th. Her ram lamb,
standing in front of her, has been sold as a breeding ram. Her eweling standing
just in front of her (cookies and cream aka cookie) will be joining our breeding
flock.

Cinnamon presented us with twins on January 28th. I love that color! The ram
lamb has been sold. The ewe lamb, cocoa, will be joining our breeding flock.

Spot had a single big white ram lamb on March 1st
Pony had these wildly spotted twin lambs on March 2nd. We are keeping
both lambs. The ewe lamb ended up a bottle baby since she was born so
small. Her name is smores.

Mercy is a yearling ewe. She had a single large ewe lamb on March 3rd.
From the time I noticed labor until the time she had her lamb born, cleaned
up and nursing was less than 20 minutes! I love the mothering ability of these
katahdins!
