Horses for Sale !
The horses we have for sale are the ones that we kept after we stopped
breeding 2 1/2 years ago. We kept them because they were the best of
our years of missouri fox trotter breeding. These were the horses we fed
through 2 years of drought at the cost of $200+ a week because they
were too good of horses to part with. Most of them have been raised by
us since they were foaled. We thought we'd never part with them.
But since we stopped breeding my husbands lost interest in the horses.
He drives 2 1/2 hours a day to work and back and works a lot of
overtime just to pay the gas bill to get to work and back.
I lost my favorite mare 2 years ago. My Raven was my soul mate. That
one special horse in a lifetime. And since I lost her i can't seem to get
motivated to work with the horses much either. It's driving me nuts to
see them be just loving pasture ornaments so its time to find them new
homes.
I've tried to convince my husband to try to find time to put the older
ones under saddle because I know I'm taking a huge loss by not doing so.
But he pointed out that he'd been trying to find time to do that the last
year and a half and it hadn't happened so it wasn't likely to. I suppose
he's right. And 2 ppl really dont need 9 horses. So our loss is your gain.
Prices are negotiable unless marked firm. Firm prices are firm. We'll
consider all non-horse trades and can take payments as long as the horse
is picked up by the end of October or board paid after October.

Spot is a 6 year old registered sorrel and white tobiano Missouri Fox
Trotter mare. We've owned spot since she was a 2 year old. Shes had all
her ground work done and was started under saddle as a three year old
but only had 2 short rides before she was bred. She's very easy to breed
and is a terrific mother. Shes only had the one foal since we stopped
breeding shortly after. Spot has an absolutely gorgeous gait. Click on the

prices at $950 or best offer.

spent years on her training. She leads, loads and stands at liberty to have her
hoofs trimmed. She crosses water, ravines, and is traffic safe. She has no vices.
No bite, kick, buck, etc. Shes just an awesome horse! She's too much horse for a
green rider because shes got a lot of power and and a lot of go. But anyone who
